They have also launched a centralised, always-on Support Hub for users seeking immediate assistance. With over 300 articles, this resource will continue to grow and evolve - driven by real-time insights to ensure it remains relevant, effective, and responsive to their needs. 

Supporting this, the new AI-enabled chatbot is now available. This smart assistant delivers real-time answers, instantly resolving routine enquiries. As it learns from each interaction, it continually improves - offering consistent, accurate assistance for every user.
