Brooke Porter proudly represented Experience Gold Coast at AuSAE ACE 2026, exhibiting alongside our partners and connecting with association professionals from across Australia.
The conference was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the Gold Coast as a leading destination for conferences and business events, while highlighting the incredible experiences, venues and opportunities available across our destination.
AIME 2027
Experience Gold Coast (EGC) will be exhibiting at Asia Pacific Incentive and Meetings Event (AIME) from 15-17 February 2027. AIME is Asia Pacific’s largest and longest running business events exhibition connecting a global community of business event professionals with industry suppliers.
We invite our Business Events Partner level and above to join us as a trade partner. Expressions of interest emails have been sent; space is limited and completing an EOI does not guarantee participation. Priority will be given on a first-in basis as well as partnership level. For consideration, please complete by COB Monday 14 September.
STRATEGIC PLANNING WITH TOURISM & EVENTS QUEENSLAND
A strategic planning meeting was held last week with Tourism and Events Queensland to align on team structures, roles and areas of responsibility, while providing an overview of Experience Gold Coast’s future Business Events pipeline and strategic priorities. Discussions also covered the new ALF application forms and processes, as well as opportunities for stronger collaboration across FY26/27 joint projects, including proposed government and industry roundtables. The session provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen alignment and identify areas where both organisations can work more closely to support future business events growth.
