Brisbanites can take an exciting call inside an intriguing phone booth with the Holiday Hotline arriving in the city’s CBD for four-days only. It’s a call that will make their day… or more specifically, their holiday!
As participants step inside this immersive audio-visual experience, which brings the sights and sounds of the Gold Coast to life, they'll answer a ringing phone and take a quiz to uncover their personality profile.
Based on their results, they’ll receive a customised two-day itinerary featuring unique events, activities, experiences, and attractions tailored to their perfect Gold Coast getaway.
They’ll also score discounts on Gold Coast experiences and accommodation plus go in the running to win the ultimate holiday in the seaside city that’s a much-loved getaway destination for Brisbane.
Experience Gold Coast Head of Marketing Brant Hirst said the activation is designed to create a sense of FOMO among Brisbanites by personalising a range of events paired with additional activities or experiences.
"We wanted to bring Stay & Play to life for Brisbanites in an engaging yet educational way that leaves our audience with a tangible benefit," he said.
"Holiday Hotline does just that by positioning the Gold Coast as the ultimate destination to visit, and in turn, drive greater intention for overnight stays.
“It leverages events, activities, and experiences to personalise itineraries for Brisbanites, leaving them with the idea that there's so much more to do on the Gold Coast than they might have realised."

To take part, participants will simply step inside the booth and complete a personalised quiz to enjoy their Holiday Hotline experience. Afterwards, they’ll be emailed a customised itinerary for a two-day Gold Coast getaway.
