MY WAY SPOTLIGHT

CHEF.jpg

Palette's Executive Chef, Dayan Hartill-Law, is stepping into the spotlight, featuring on My Way to share the passion, creativity and philosophy behind his approach to food. Known for championing seasonal produce and bold, contemporary flavours, the appearance offers a behind-the-scenes look at the inspiration that shapes every dish coming out of the Palettes kitchen. It’s a great moment to showcase the talent behind one of the Gold Coast’s standout dining experiences and celebrate the people who bring its culinary vision to life. The conversation also touches on the importance of culture and community, highlighting figures like Uncle John Graham from Jellurgal Aboriginal Cultural Centre and EGC’s own major event, Blues on Broadbeach as well as Swell Sculpture Festival that continues to shape the region’s vibrant creative scene.

IT’S ALL ABOUT MUM

Ex Bar - Mothers Day.jpg

Celebrate the woman who does it all this Mother’s Day because Mum deserves more than just a moment, she deserves something truly special.

Treat Mum to a beautifully curated High Tea experience at The Exhibitionist Bar, or a two- or three-course dining experience at Palette, the Gold Coast's only three hatted restaurant. Delight in a thoughtfully crafted menu of delicate sweets and savouries, paired with soothing Tavalon teas and premium wines dedicated to celebrating Mum in style.

Share uninterrupted mum time with skyline views or gather around the table and share every special moment and give her a Mother’s Day to remember.
