EXPERIENCE GOLD COAST ATTENDS THE BUSINESS EVENTS GREATER CHINA SHOWCASE IN XIAMEN
After a two-year hiatus, the Business Events Greater China Showcase returned, taking place in Xiamen, China from 31 March to 2 April. This significant event, organised by Tourism Australia, is designed to provide Australian sellers with a platform to reconnect with agent buyers and corporate clients from Greater China.
Experience Gold Coast proudly participated in the showcase, where Wendy Gu represented the destination. During the event, we engaged in meetings with 23 corporate representatives and over 30 business events travel agency representatives from Greater China.
Insights from the event revealed that the Greater China market is currently focused on destinations that are safe, affordable, and offer unique experiences. Key decision drivers include aviation connectivity, accessibility, and the availability of funding support for business events.
IMEX FRANKFURT
IMEX is one of the largest trade shows in the business events sector, attracting over 11,000 delegates over a span of three days.
Andrea Molnar will be representing Experience Gold Coast in Frankfurt from 20 - 22 May at the Business Events Australia stand alongside 18 trade partners. It is where global meetings, events and incentive travel industry comes together to build powerful working relationships.
