T20 EDUCATION FAMIL WELCOMES ONSHORE EDUCATION AGENTS TO THE GOLD COAST

T20edufamily

The Experience Gold Coast Education team proudly hosted the T20 Education Famil, welcoming 12 key interstate delegates who actively support and recruit Indian students — a community that now represents the second-largest international student population on the Gold Coast.

Designed to showcase the unique strengths of the Gold Coast as a world-class education and lifestyle destination, the famil provided an immersive journey filled with impactful engagement and unforgettable experiences. Delegates visited iconic locations including HOTA (Home of the Arts), Q1 SkyPoint, and the stunning Burleigh Heads National Park. A relaxing sunset cruise highlighted the city’s coastal beauty and vibrant atmosphere.

Alongside these lifestyle highlights, the famil delivered a strong focus on education partnerships and future opportunities. Delegates connected with local education providers through networking activities and a strategic roundtable with education leaders — all with the shared goal of strengthening collaboration and opening new pathways for Indian students.

The week concluded with high-energy excitement as the group attended the T20 cricket game on Thursday 6 November.

The T20 Education Famil reinforced the Gold Coast’s position as a welcoming, ambitious, and globally connected city — where students can thrive academically, professionally, and personally. By bringing partners together through shared experiences and meaningful dialogue, the famil has paved the way for even stronger relationships and greater opportunities for Indian students choosing the Gold Coast.

A HEART FULL OF STORIES: MS. JI’S FAMIL EXPERIENCE AND FAMIL PHOTOS

During the recent EGC Famil Sunset Dinner at the iconic Q1, Ms. Danhong Ji, a literature teacher from Qingdao Guokai Middle School, shared heartfelt feedback about her time on the Gold Coast.

Ms. Ji expressed that the city exceeded her expectations — from its breathtaking coastal landscapes to the warm hospitality shown by every person she encountered. She spoke enthusiastically about how welcomed she felt throughout the Famil, praising the professionalism and friendliness of the hosts, education providers, and local community.

She highlighted that the experience gave her valuable insight into the high-quality education and student lifestyle opportunities available on the Gold Coast. Ms. Ji noted that she is eager to return home and inspire her students by sharing these positive impressions, encouraging them to dream big and consider international pathways for their future.
