THAT’S A WRAP ON GROUNDWATER CMF 2025

The Gold Coast was alive with country spirit as tens of thousands of fans flocked to Broadbeach for the 12th Groundwater Country Music Festival 2025, celebrating three unforgettable days of live music, dancing, and connection.

It’s expected that more than 60,000 people turned out across the three days of the festival, surpassing last year’s attendance, with a potential economic impact of more than $15 million for the city.

Alongside International performances from Jackson Dean, Shane Smith and the Saints and Nikki Lane, the festival showcased the spirit of collaboration and community that defines Groundwater. Lane Pittman joined The Wolfe Brothers on stage, Dylan Wright performed alongside Abbie Ferris, and Troy Cassar-Daley shared the spotlight with Duncan Toombs and Boness Brothers, creating unforgettable surprise moments for fans and highlighting the camaraderie between established and emerging artists.

Thank you to all who helped make the 12th Groundwater CMF a success, including our sponsor family City of Gold Coast, The Star Gold Coast, EVENTelec, Griffith University, KIX Country, 102.9 Hot Tomato, ABC Country, Countrytown and charity partner Farm Angels.
