BUSINESS EVENTS AUSTRALIA – JAPAN SEMINAR
Recently, EGC Business Events had the opportunity to participate in the Business Events Australia (BEA) Japan Seminar held in Osaka and Tokyo. The seminar attracted 62 key distribution partners in Osaka and 96 in Tokyo, all specialising in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) sector.
Despite ongoing global economic uncertainty, there remains strong demand from Japan, particularly for incentive travel business. Australia continues to be recognised as one of the most recommended destinations, valued for its safety and security, minimal time difference, and greater affordability compared with the US and Europe.
It was an incredible week visiting Osaka and Tokyo, showcasing why the Gold Coast is an ideal destination for Japanese incentive groups.
BUSINESS EVENTS AUSTRALIA – VIETNAM & CHINA FAMILS
Over the last fortnight, Business Events Australia and Experience Gold Coast hosted two famils with 9 corporate clients from China and 9 corporate clients from Vietnam on the Gold Coast over 4 days. The groups enjoyed memorable experiences showcasing the destination’s diverse business events and incentive travel offerings.
Both itineraries highlighted a range of iconic Gold Coast venues and experiences, that demonstrated the region’s unique combination of natural beauty, world-class attractions, and capacity to deliver lasting memories. The delegations also inspected several premium accommodation properties, gaining valuable insight into the destination’s luxury accommodation options.
Thank you to all our participating partners for your support in successfully reinforcing the Gold Coast’s appeal.
